How to make a call through a bulksmsplans website?

• Open a customer account on https://bulksmsplans.com and login in.

• Type in your login credentials, which you provided when you created your account.

• Select the "IVR portal" option in the lower left corner of the panel after the user logs in.

• Choose "Manage Click to Call" from the "IVR Portal" menu by clicking on it.

• The user can choose from a number of options under the "Manage Click to Call" option, including "Make a Call" and "Call Logs." In the event that the user chooses the "Make a Call" option.
• When you select "Make a Call," the dialog box will open.

• The "IVR Number" should be typed into the appropriate field. 

• The "Receiver Number" should be typed into the appropriate field at which the call has to be made. 

• Select the "First Dial" option. Select "Agent” or “Receiver" in the Radio button.

• Enter details in the "Select agent" box.
