These guidelines set Hence Digital Telematics Private Limited's legal process for handling requests for information from Indian and international police, security, and other government agencies (law enforcement agencies).
These guidelines are in pursuance of the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines and Digital Media Code of Conduct) Rules, 2021 (hereinafter "Intermediaries Guidelines, 2021"). Any request for information shall be made only in accordance with our Terms of Service and only to the extent provided in the Intermediate Guidelines, 2021. should be forwarded to individuals or private entities (other than their clients) seeking redressal, as per the Arbitrator Guidelines, 2021. Please be aware that
Such requests shall be dealt with by the Authorized Officer MR Kedar Singh within 24 hours of receipt and any confidential information held by the Company shall be furnished within 24 hours as per relevant sections of law and offenses.
Any blocking order received by court order or notification from the government or its authorized agencies will be resolved within 48 hours.
Indian law enforcement authorities are requested to send information requests through email.

Format of Data Request:-
All requests for information must be submitted under section 91 of the Code of Criminal Procedure Act, 1973.
Such requests may include case/FIR number, name of the officer, designation of the officer, name of government organization, a government-issued email address like (@gov.in , @nic.in , @gov.in), and Can be His direct contact phone number should be included.
If an email is received from a different email ID, we reserve the right to authenticate the source of the request, which may delay response.
A request to block or delete content or an account would require a court order or notice issued from the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology under section 69A of the Information Technology Act, 2000.
