According to TRAI standards, any individual or business entity must sign up on such a DLT platform in order to keep sending SMS to their consumers and customers. Every individual or business entity that wishes to utilize the bulk sms service to contact their clients must now register with DLT, per TRAI regulations.

The steps to sign up with Vodafone DLT are as follows:

• Click on Signup option get new registration for vodafone DLT platform.

• After clicking your Signup button, that you will be redirected to the subsequent page and required to choose one of two options. Select the correct option and click the Next button.

• Select New Registration from the enterprise entity, as shown below.

• The registration alert box will appear to confirm again before proceeding to Enterprise.

• After clicking the next step button, a new window will appear asking if you are registered with a different mobile operator's DLT network.

• If you choose "No," you will be prompted to input the business's PAN number if you haven't yet registered via any other "DLT SMS" mobile operator. After entering your PAN card number, press the "Verify and Continue" button.

• You will be prompted to register for an enterprise account in the following window after selecting the Confirm and Continue buttons. You must first choose the type of business you are in, then provide your name, email address, password, and mobile number before checking the "I accept the VIL terms and conditions" box.

• To continue with the registration after providing all the necessary information, click the Continue button.

• The OTP will display on your registered cellphone number as soon as you hit the Continue button. After entering the OTP, press the "Verify" button.

• You will receive an email with a verification link. For the signup procedure to be completed, you must click the link in the email you received.

• Your email inbox will show the verification link as indicated in the image below. To finish the account verification process, select the 'Confirm Email Address' box.

• The account you have created has been successfully authorized; please login, says the notification that appears on your computer when you click the "Confirm Email Address" button. Click the Next button after choosing the right choice from the Enterprise or Telemarketer options.

• The email address you provided and password will need to be entered in a new window that appears as soon as you click the Next button. Click the Login button after entering the information.

• When you click the login button, a new window where you must input the OTP that was sent to your registered cellphone number will open. Type in the OTP then selects "Verify."

• You'll see a window appear where you can enter your company information. Individual, Sole Proprietorship, A partnership, Public/Private Organization Ltd, and other options will be displayed as you click on the "Select Industry Type" field. Different industries, including those in finance, retail, health, etc., will be displayed in the field after that. From the list, choose your industry and business type, and then fill in the rest of the information. Click Continue once you've entered your business name, business PAN card number, business created date, and alternate email address.

• As soon as you click the Continue clicking button, a new window will appear where you must enter the information for your business address. After providing all the information, press the Continue button.

• Your identity documents must be uploaded in the following window after you click the Continue button for them to be verified. Your PAN card can be attached by clicking the Upload Document button; after that, click the Continue button.

• As you can see, a notification stating "Proof of Identity Added successfully" will be visible at the top of the screen.

• You must then upload the address proof paper. To continue, click the Continue button after selecting the appropriate Document Types from the list of choices, such as a driver's license, voter identification card, or passport, attaching the required document, and then moving on.

• A notice stating that your document has been successfully added will show up on the screen once you have uploaded it. To sign up for bulk SMS service, choose the telemarketer (Bulk SMS Services Provider) here, enter the telemarketer ID i.e. 1102499920000028323, and then click the Verify button.

• If you want to buy Bulk SMS Service through Bulk SMS Plans, choose the Hence Digital Telematics Private Limited you will be calling on for marketing purposes. By entering the following information for the Telemarketer ID, press the Continue button.

• You will be taken to the page where you pay the registration cost as soon as you click the Continue button. Registration fees of INR 5000 plus GST of 18%.

• Your screen will show a notification confirming the success of your payment. Click the "Continue to create account" button to continue.

• A dialog box with the words "Thanks for signing-up" will appear as soon as you click that button.

• The status of your account will read "pending for activation," and after your documents have been validated, it will be activated.

• After registering, you must wait for further information from TRAI.
