PE-TM Chain Binding on DLT: Important Update.

Applicable for DLT-based SMS to Indian Numbers Only

As per the latest TRAI guidelines, all Principal Entities (PEs) must link their Telemarketers (TMs) on the Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT) portal. Failure to do so will result in SMS rejection starting 11th December 2024.

For our direct clients, it’s important to add our company, Hence Digital Telematics Private Limited, as your Telemarketer (TM). This step ensures seamless SMS delivery through telecom operators like Airtel, Jio, Vi, Tata, and Videocon.

What You Need to Do:

1. Log in to your DLT portal
   Access the DLT portal with your registered credentials.
   
   
   
   
2. Navigate to the PE-TM Chain Section
   
• Go to New Chain or New Request in the PE-TM Chain section.
  
  
  
3. Add Hence Digital Telematics Private Limited as TM
• TM Name: Hence Digital Telematics Private Limited
• TM ID: 1702159903590565044
  
  
  
4. Approval Process
• Once you add Hence Digital Telematics Private Limited, Bulksms will approve your request on the DLT portal.
• You will receive a final PE-TM Chain approval request on the DLT portal. To complete the process, approve it.
  
  
  
  
5. Verify the Active Chain
• Ensure that an Active Chain is visible against your Entity IDs with the TM ID 1702159903590565044 on both the DLT and Bulksms portals.
  
  
  
  

Note:

• The chain with TM ID 1702172430965597485 is not required at this stage.
