  • Type in your login credentials, which you provided when you created your account.
  • Select the "IVR portal" option in the lower left corner of the panel after the user logs in.
  • Choose "Manage Autodialer" from the "IVR Portal" menu by clicking on it.

 

 

  • The user can choose from a number of options under the "Manage Auto Dialer" option, including "Send auto dialer," "Bulk auto dialer," "Dynamic auto dialer," "DB Campaign auto dialer," "Job Management," and "DLR Report." In the event that the user chooses the "Send auto dialer" option.

 

 

  • When you select "Send auto dialer," the "Voice Broadcast - Auto Call Dialer" dialog box will open.

 

 

  • The "IVR Number" should be typed into the appropriate field. 

 

 

  • By selecting the "First Dial" button. Choose either "Agent/Group" or "Customer."

 

 

  • Select the "Connect with" option. Select "Agent” or “Call Group" from the drop-down menu.

 

 

  • Enter details in the call agent.

 

 

  • Enter a phone number with a maximum of 5000 numbers, one number per line, including the country code, and a 10-digit number.

 

 

  • When a message is scheduled but the user chooses "no," that message will be sent immediately after hitting the "Send" button.

 

 

  • When a message is scheduled, if the user chooses the "yes” option.

 

 

  • Users must choose the correct time zone for the country they wish to send to because every country has a separate time zone. Considerations for time zones are also quite important, especially if you want to reach individuals across multiple locations.
